We prefer to cap each cohort at 12 participants.

We work predominantly with managers and emerging leaders. With that said, our program has been run with everyone from senior executives to independent contributors. If your people are excited about investing in their personal growth and leadership capacity, these tools can have an immediate impact on their day-to-day regardless of their position in your organization.

Elevate360 is a 40-week (10-month) program. Participants meet weekly with 4 scheduled off-weeks built into the program.

The weekly synchronous meetings that drive our Elevate360 program are 90 minutes each week.

Our team practices are a blend of instruction, group discussions, and smaller group breakout sessions. At Cohd, we view introducing new personal development concepts as the first step in elevating your people, but we believe the mastery of these concepts can only be accomplished via live reps and real-time feedback.

Yes! Every participant has access to Haley's calendar to schedule one-on-one coaching sessions. This can be dedicated time to go deeper on a topic or tool, or they can bring personal or professional tensions they are facing.

Our number one priority is ensuring the success of your people.

Our program requires about 2 hours a week. We meet synchronously during team practice for 90 minutes, and there are typically 30 minutes or less of asynchronous preparation before live sessions.

All team practices are recorded. Participants will have access to all team practice recordings and presentation slides via our learning portal.

Our Elevate360 [Mixed] cohorts are comprised of individuals from different companies and industries. This means your people are not only learning from us, but they’re learning from the experiences of other participants.

By contrast, our Elevate360 [Company] and ElevateX cohorts consist of individuals from the same organization.

Yes! If you have 8-12 (or more) individuals who you would like to elevate, we will run a company cohort(s) for you.

Elevate360 [Company]: $5,000 per cohort per month. Up to 12 participants per cohort.
